About Us

The Delaware Valley Palliative Care Collaborative is a welcoming and supportive interdisciplinary group of health care professionals who are interested in promoting palliative care, educating the public about palliative care and supporting each other in program development and education. The Collaborative is comprised of members from many hospitals and health care systems throughout Southeast Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, psychologists, chaplains, hospital administrators and students.
